Rigid wall drop stitch pool, built in 5m, 6m and 7m diameters — for backyards, resorts, rental fleets, ice bath centers, and commercial water parks.
We manufacture round drop stitch pools. No steel frame. No long install crew. Just a rigid, self-supporting wall that goes up in under 90 minutes.
Here's the short version: a normal above-ground pool needs a steel skeleton to hold its shape. Our pool doesn't. The wall itself turns rigid once it's pumped up. That's the whole trick behind drop stitch technology — and it's why operators are switching to it.

A normal inflatable pool sags. The ring loses air, the wall leans, and the whole thing wobbles when someone leans on it. Ours doesn't do that. Thousands of tiny drop stitch fibers run between the inner and outer PVC layers. Pump the wall to working pressure, and those fibers pull tight. The wall locks straight — it holds its shape under full water load and won't bow even with a crowd inside.
There's no frame to bolt together. No crane, no welding crew, no specialized tools. Two workers can unfold it, pump it, and have it ready in 60 to 90 minutes. That's why rental companies like it: fold it down, move it to the next site, set it up again. Resorts like it because there's no permanent construction. Ice bath centers like it because it drains, folds flat, and stores easily between uses.

Drop stitch fabric has two PVC layers. Thousands of polyester threads connect them. Pump it up, and it acts like a rigid panel. Let it down, and it folds flat for storage. That's the whole point of the design.
We do full OEM and ODM work for distributors, resorts, and rental fleets that want a branded product, not a generic one.
Need a size outside our standard chart? We build custom diameters from 2m up to 7m+, plus custom wall heights.
Pick your brand colors. We match them using Pantone color references.
We print logos two ways: silk-screen or UV print. Both hold up to sun, water, and years of poolside use.
MOQs, lead times, and artwork specs vary by request. Send us your specs, and we'll quote it.
Years, if you treat it right. Install it properly. Keep up basic maintenance. Store it during the off-season. Skip those steps, and UV exposure or rough ground will wear it down faster.
6 to 10 PSI. That's the sweet spot — full rigidity, no stress on the seams. Check your model's manual to be sure, since exact ratings can vary.
The PVC handles UV and outdoor weather fine during the swim season. But if you get hard winters, drain it, clean it, fold it, and store it indoors. It'll last a lot longer.
10 to 18 people, depending on the height you pick. The 1.52m version fits more than the 1.32m version.
About 34,500 liters at 1.32m height. About 40,150 liters at 1.52m height. Both numbers are based on a standard fill line.
Yes. Silk-screen or UV print, your choice. Either way, your brand goes on the pool, not ours.
