How We Turn Your Product Idea into Reality
A clear, proven 8-step process from concept to mass production.

Inquiry & Consultation
First, please submit your formal inquiry and conceptual requirements. We will evaluate your product idea, sketches, or reference samples, as well as your expected batch size, assess feasibility, and provide preliminary suggestions and a price range. A confidentiality agreement (NDA, if involving exclusive designs) will be signed.

Design & Visualization
After clarifying the product specifications, performance parameters, and design direction, we provide professional 2D drawings and 3D renderings, discuss the details, revise and confirm the design draft multiple times until approval.

Detailed Project Quotation
We provide transparent and detailed quotations, which include material selection, structural design, functional features, and bulk order quantity, and do not contain any hidden fees.Clearly define the payment method, delivery date, production standards, and quality terms.

Prototype/Sample Development
Produce 1-3 samples for functional verification, performance testing, and aesthetic verification. The customer will accept the samples and provide feedback (such as color and detail adjustments).

Final Approval & Tooling
The customer formally approves the sample (either by signature or electronic confirmation). Our factory then prepares the production molds, screen printing/heat transfer plates, and procures raw materials, etc. Production lines are then arranged.

Mass Production
We begin mass production, from cutting → high-frequency welding/bonding of the fabric to the PVC layer → edge sealing/valve installation → assembly of components. Production cycle is typically 25-35 days (depending on batch size and complexity).

QC & Packaging
We implement rigorous multi-stage quality inspections, including leak testing, durability assessment, appearance verification, and brand accuracy checks. We complete all inspections and arrange packaging suitable for sea/air/rail transport. Include accessories (such as patches, pumps, and instructions) and brand labels.

Shipping & After-sales
We arrange logistics (primarily sea freight, air freight/express optional), and provide tracking information and export documents. We offer a warranty period (usually 12 months) and after-sales support (such as repair guidance and bulk replenishment).
